Natalia Carrigan has hit Las Vegas. Her psychopathic urges are unrestrained and she is seeking out a sucker to drive her across the country, far away from her employer, Prospective Neuro Incorporated. Melody joins their father Nelson and family friend Charles, to track down Natalia. Melody is struggling to balance her relationship with kleptomanic Alex, while dealing with Detective Aidan Miller’s requests for assistance in the investigation of Union North University’s investors.
Back in Seattle, Alex and the Carrigans’ co-worker Davis are keeping an eye on Aidan, with Alex drawing on past experience to gain information about the undercover detective.
Charles’ brother-in-law Fabian has disappeared while working at Prospective Neuro. His sister and niece join him in Seattle after enduring Fabian’s strange behavior.
Once the team returns home, they are assigned targets to take down, including a rideshare and food delivery driver who has been preying on customers, and a local sports supplement influencer with a taste for young women.

Natalia Carrigan has been accused of supplying drugs and causing the death of a student from Union North University by her arch-nemesis and fellow psychopath, Violet Shyler. She is now under suspicion for the attack on art gallery owner and previous target, Stanley Malvern. Natalia isn’t the only one with a complicated existence.
The team are assigned two new targets by their employer, Prospective Neuro Incorporated. Eagle Cane, the abusive son of local business owners, and alleged gun-runner and domestic violence offender, Andre Fitz.
Melody struggles to balance the protection of her loved ones’ secrets, her relationship with Alex and the increasing interest of Aidan Miller, the undercover detective with ambiguous motives.
Alex realizes he is being watched again and he suspects it is connected to his investigation of a former politician. He is slowly crossing off the names of people listed in the notebook he stole from a loan shark and drug dealer many years ago.
Charles receives a call from his sister. Her husband, a security guard with PNI, has been acting out of character and is missing. Juliette Coates is still in Seattle and offers to call her contacts back in PNI’s LA facility to find out if he is inside or outside of their facility.
With Nina’s girlfriend, Eve representing both Natalia and Stanley Malvern, and an increasing number of law enforcement personnel circling Natalia, the Carrigans and their colleagues are once again fighting for her freedom.
